It’s been hectic the past couple of weeks at work. Even so, I still manged to cook these dishes:
a) Steamed Live Sea Scallops with Rice Noodles and Minced Garlic in its own shell
b) Braised Prawns (head on)
c) Casarecce with Salsiccia Ragù
d) Shakshuka
e) Chinese Milk Custard Cake
e) Sicilian Orange Cake (click here for recipe)
Let me know if you would like the recipe for any of the dishes above. I will write them in the weeks to come 🙂
Looks delicious! Thanks.

Ok… with mouth watering, I like EVERYTHING. What is inside D, I”ve never heard of that. All of your dishes look WONDERFUL. I like A, the noodle dish, but I never know WHICH rice noodles to buy, there are so many choices. Also, I find it interesting that the noodles cook very quickly and you cool them off in cold water, which is different from Italian noodles. The italian rage and the Orange cake look wonderful. My goodness, I wish you lived next door – I would pay you to be my Chef, especially during quarantine! 🙂

Thanks dear Brilliantviewpoint. D is shakshuka, it’s a middle easter dish, with tomatoes, olives, jalapenos, herbs and eggs. It’s perfect for breakfast. I will write up this one and the scallop recipe for you 🙂 I would LOVE you to be my neighbour. Someone with a good taste to try my dishes hehe.

Laughing — YES, I would send you a TEXT, “I’m so hungry… what do are you cooking today??? Let’s go Asian, maybe Italian, Greek” THAT is the beauty of your cooking, you enjoy cooking dishes from around the world. I like that. 🙂
